The Liturgical Calendar (PDF)

The liturgical year is a calendar for the spiritual life. It follows the profound seasons of the Church and remembers major and minor feast days that remember and commemorate saints who have gone before us. The purpose of following the liturgical year is to embody the life of Christ in our everyday lives forming us into his likeness. It also teaches us to live and think beyond ourselves and be a part of the larger story of the Church.

Advent to Advent: The liturgical year begins on the first Sunday of Advent, and this is unique to most calendars.

Large: The purpose of creating the calendar in poster size (24x36) was to present the entire liturgical year in its full context.

The Lectionary: For churches or leaders who follow the Revised Common Lectionary for Sundays, they will be happy to have the Scripture texts available on the calendar.

Printing instructions: Make sure you have your printed this in 24x36. Card stock paper is recommended for strongest quality.
